A Colorado resident and former educator, Jenny Blackburn brings a heart for service, strong communication, and a deep understanding of people to her real estate practice. Jenny has guided buyers and sellers through transactions in Denver, Arvada, Erie, Westminster, and throughout Summit and Park Counties. She understands the unique dynamics of both urban and mountain markets, from competitive city offers to second homes and investment properties, and how to help clients move seamlessly between the two.

Fluent in Spanish and known for her calm, thoughtful approach, Jenny helps clients feel confident and cared for every step of the way. She especially enjoys helping people transition between Denver living and the mountain lifestyle, often drawing on her love of travel and appreciation for the way different places shape how we live.

Jenny holds degrees from Western Michigan University and the University of Phoenix and spent over two decades teaching high school Spanish before transitioning into real estate. That background shapes how she values relationships, communicates, educates, and advocates for her clients.

Outside of work, Jenny enjoys running, skiing, lake life, traveling, and spending time in the mountains with her husband, their three daughters, and their three dogs.
